The bigaradier, or small grain bitter orange, assistance to resist the stress, tiredness and insomnia, but also cough and the nervous muscular spasms.

Fresh and delicate


Originating in China, the bitter orange tree was spread under the Mediterranean climate. The bitter orange tree or bitter orange provides an essential oil of very pleasant odor whose simple inhalation brings calms, relaxation and harmony, from where its manifest interest for its atmospheric diffusion in the places where the management of stress is not a vain mot.

Tips

fatty Skin and hair:
1 drops from Small grain and 1 drops of Rosemary to verbénone in a nut of cream of day marvelously help well the fatty skins. The same application is valid for the fatty hair.

Pour a re-entry without stress nor distresses:
  • In massage - on the inner face of the wrists then to breathe: 2 drops of Small grain in a few drops of vegetable oil - 3 to 6 X per day.
  • Bath - to dilute in milk or honey:
    • as from 3 years up to 12 years: 6 drops of Small grain bitter orange
    • for the adults:12 drops of Small grain bitter orange.

Use

2 drops, 3 times per day on a neutral support (honey, cane sugar, vegetable oil).

The essential oil of small grain is appropriate especially for a spoken, cutaneous usage and in air diffusion.
